I’VE BEEN THERE...

I’m Sinéad Brady, the work and organisational psychologist, author of Total Reset, and founder of The Career Psychologist.

But before I built a business helping ambitious women craft courageous, sustainable careers, I was following a very different script.

I studied law. Worked hard. Tick-boxed my way through what I thought success looked like. Then I spent 13 years working in education, shaping minds, helping others discover careers they could love to live in.
